I believe Pinterest has the ability to grow into a huge success just like Facebook has done throughout the years of it's existence. this sounds like it can be something very useful in terms of advertising. I dont not know if it will become bigger than facebook and twitter but anything is possible. Its definitely different and it can help put all types of products and services on the map. A buzz amongst the people can be a good thing for any business.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if Pinterest is going to be as famous as Facebook or Twitter, but I definitely think it is trend that is catching on very quickly. I don't have a Pinterest account but my roommates do and they all say I have to get one. I think more and more people are using it, but I don't think people will use it nearly as much as they use Facebook or Twitter. After a while, I think people will run out of things to look for and stop using their account after a while, but I could be wrong, that's just my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI think it will become popular but not as popular as facebook or twitter. Those two sites are huge because i feel that they connect people together more and allow people to do more. I agree with angela after awhile people will lose interest unless they develop something else to grab more peoples attention.

DeleteThe site looks neat, I never heard of it till now. The site definitely looks like it can valuable to businesses. Catching onto trends early is sometimes important. There is this website called etsy.com which has been around a few years, in which you search for local artists creating different types of products shirts to jewerly to metal sculptures.
